Easy Troubleshooting Steps

Before you log a ticket on the Helpdesk, give these troubleshooting steps a try - you might just save the day!

Computer not working? No internet!? Too Slow!?

  1. Restart your device: (Save your work first!) 
  2. Check for any loose cable connections - power cables, internet cables, monitor cables
  3. Close any tabs that aren't being used 

Printer not working?

  1. Follow any error messages displayed 
  2. Cancel print job and try again 
  3. Turn the printer off and on 
  4. Check for any loose cable connections - power cable, internet cable
  5. Check to see if it has paper (make sure there isn't a paper jam) 

Projector not working?

  1. Turn the projector off and on again (on the remote or by pressing the power button on the projector) 
  2. Check for any loose cable connections
  3. Press source search on the remote and wait
